Long Intervals : 600m, 2000m, 2000m ; Steve in Canberra 5 x 3 Minute Intervals

This morning an early 60 minutes including 600m 1:45 and 2 x 2000m, both 6:50. This afternoon an easy recovery run after another 4 hours of driving.

Steve 5 x 3 minute efforts (3:37/km,3:35/km,3:38/km,3:34/km,3:39/km). Three weeks in structured training and another recent PB set.

Yesterday in Tour de France around 5km from the finish in Bergerac. Today watching the start at Eymet. I think we are missing the stage but you never know.
