Parc Parilly Lyon : 5 x 2 Minute efforts, 60 seconds jog recovery

This morning a 60 minute run from the hotel in Lyon to Parc Parilly. After checking out the synthetic tracks on the outside of the stadium and running a few hot laps I opted for the bike paths in the hills and forest for my session. 5 x 2 minute efforts on undulating paths with 60 seconds jog recovery. Pace was in between 3:10-3:20/km.

Evening run after 5 hours driving and walking Saint Emilion was a lazy 30 minutes.

Tomorrow off to Bergerac for a Stage finish of Tour de France. I'll do most of my running there.
