Clear skies overnight made for another minus 5 degree commute run to work of 16km. Next set on Wednesday with long XC intervals and some leg speed 500m strides. Also early in the cold Steve ran 5 x 3 minute efforts with 1 minute jog recovery, average 3:34/km. Splits: 3:34/km,3:35/km,3:36/km,3:32/km,3:35/km.
