Steve 5 x 3 Minute Intervals, 1 minute Recovery ; Coast Trail 5 x 400m

This morning Steve ran a set of 5 x 3 minute Efforts, 1 Minute recovery, 3:40/km average Speed. After a delayed start to the morning I made my way to Glasshouse Rocks Beaches for a set of 5 x 400m efforts with Munchkin the Border Collie.
