Stromlo XC Intervals 5 x 3 Minutes, 1 Minute jog recovery : Keith 1500m,1200m,1000m,800m,400m

Late start to Saturday training, raining overnight and most of the morning. The set solo as 5 x 3 minute efforts with 1 minute jog recovery. Grass was saturated. Keith ran a set on country road of 1500m, 1200m, 1000m, 800m, 400m. It was windy. Sunday a long recovery run. Next set on Monday or Tuesday.
